Fujifilm Healtcare Academy and MEDIP is excited to launch this high-quality course to help standardise knowledge among HCPs in Slovenia.
Course director, Prof. Mostafa Ibrahim, was leading this training programme for young endoscopists to learn colonoscopy techniques and polyp management.
Young endoscopists from the Slovenian Association for Gastroenterology and Hepatology (SZGH/SAGH) honed their colonoscopy skills using the #MIKOTO simulation model as part of the Basic Colonoscopy Training Course. Following a theoretical introduction, they engaged in hands-on training at two stations under the guidance of mentors. The simulator automatically assesses the quality of endoscope insertion and polyp detection, allowing the endoscopists to track their progress after each procedure. This initiative will continue in the future as part of the Fujifilm Healthcare Europe Healthcare Academy program.
