With established partnership with Slovenian and foreign companies, we are guiding development of IT solutions on the field for documentation in endoscopic procedures, tracking the workflow and reprocessing of used endoscopes. In Slovenia even there are some systems available from different manufacturers, until recently, there was not a single documentation system which would address all aspects of needed documentation, precautions and tracking in order to supervise every single step in complex workflow process inside endoscopy in right, standardised and by the European associations agreed manner. Till recently either the customers did not have enough experts or support from them, or they did not focus about market needs, or even experts were not focused in complete complex endoscopic procedure which includes:
- ENDOSCOPIC EXAMINATION,
- STATISTIC and EXPERT TERMINOLOGY,
- EQUIPMENT and ENDOSCOPE HANDLING TRACKING,
- DISABLING THE USAGE OF ENDOSCOPES WHICH WERE NOT REPROCESSED BY REQUIRED STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES (like ESGENA),
- SUPERVISION OVER PERIODICAL HYGIENIC CHECKS, MANUAL CLEANING PHASE, DRYING AND STORING PHASE AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE,
- THE INFORMATION EXCHANGE WITH EG. CANCER SCREENING PROGRAMS LIKE ZORA and SVIT IN SLOVENIA,
- OTHER SOFTWARE CONNECTIVITY like different hospital information systems (HIS), radiology systems (PACS) or histology and other departments via HL7, DICOM or other type of information exchange.
